What the service is

NowNextLater is a task and daily-planning application, provided over the web at app.nownextlater.eu. We give you an account and you use it to organise your own work and, if you choose, to share projects with other people.

Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • Give us an email address that works. It is how we reach you and how you get back in.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think somebody else has access to it.
  • One account is for one person. You can share projects with as many people as your plan allows, but you may not share the account itself.

Plans, and what each one allows

Free costs nothing and has no expiry. It allows 100 active tasks, 5 projects, 3 people per project, 3 people per folder and 3 saved views.

Pro removes all of those limits. It costs €3 per month or €30 per year. If you are billed in Sweden it costs 40 kr per month or 400 kr per year. All four prices include Swedish VAT at 25%.

Your billing country decides which currency you pay in — Sweden in Swedish kronor, every other country we sell to in euro. You are shown the currency and the exact amount before you pay, and it does not change after that.

Every new account starts with 30 days of Pro, free, with no card taken and nothing to cancel. When it ends, the account becomes Free unless you have chosen to pay.

Reaching a limit never destroys anything. If you are over a limit — because a trial ended, or because you cancelled — you keep everything you already have and everything already shared with you. You simply cannot create the next one until you are back under the limit or you upgrade. Archiving is always free and is the way back under a limit without deleting anything.

Paying

  • Payments are handled by Mollie. We never see or store your card or bank details.
  • You are charged in advance for the period you choose, and you choose, before you pay, whether it renews. If you choose to renew automatically, the first payment sets up a repeat payment (a SEPA Direct Debit mandate, or a card), and later renewals are collected against it automatically. If you choose to pay once, you make one payment for one year, nothing is charged again, and the plan simply ends when the year does. Paying once is available for a year only; a monthly plan always renews automatically. Which payment methods are on offer depends on that choice and on your country.
  • A plan you paid for once can be paid for again from a week before a monthly period ends, or a month before a yearly one. The new period starts when the current one ends, so paying early costs you nothing you have already paid for. We do not charge you without your doing it, and we do not remind you by email.
  • The currency is fixed when you check out, and every renewal is collected in that same currency. If you subscribe at 40 kr a month, you are charged 40 kr a month for as long as the subscription runs — we will not switch you to the euro price, and a later change to which countries we quote in which currency does not move an existing subscription.
  • A plan you chose to renew automatically renews at the end of each period until you turn renewal off. Turning it off is one control in Settings and takes effect immediately; your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Until then you can turn it back on from the same place, if you paid by a method that lets us collect again (such as iDEAL); nothing is charged before the period you have paid for ends.
  • You can move between monthly and yearly billing at any time, from Settings. The change is scheduled rather than immediate: you keep the period you have already paid for, right to its end, and the first charge at the new cadence comes after that. Nothing is charged or refunded on the day you switch, and the plan you are on and the currency you pay in do not change. If you have already turned renewal off there is nothing left to switch — subscribe again at the cadence you want.
  • If a payment fails we may retry it. Your access continues until the period you paid for runs out.
  • We sell to consumers in the European Union only. We do not currently sell to businesses under a VAT number, to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein, or outside Europe.

Refunds and cancellation are covered separately in our refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

If we change a price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days beforehand. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you are free to cancel before it takes effect.

The euro and krona prices are two separate list prices, not a conversion of one another. Neither is calculated from the other at an exchange rate, and neither moves when the exchange rate does — so the two will not stay in any fixed relation, and at times one will be better value than the other. Each changes only when we change it, and only with the 30 days' notice above.

What you may not do

  • Break the law with it, or use it to harm, harass or impersonate somebody.
  • Try to break into it — other accounts, our servers, or the limits your plan sets.
  • Resell it, or run it as a service for other people, without our written agreement.
  • Load it in a way designed to degrade it for everybody else. We publish rate limits; stay inside them.
  • Upload anything you do not have the right to store.

If you do these things we may suspend or close your account. Where the breach is not serious and can be fixed, we will ask you to fix it first.

Your content stays yours

You keep every right you have in what you put into the service. You give us only the permission we need in order to run it for you: to store your content, back it up, and display it to you and to the people you have shared it with. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

We do not use your content to train machine-learning models.

Sharing projects

If you share a project, the people you share it with can see and, depending on the level you give them, change what is in it. A public share link is readable by anybody who has the link. You are responsible for who you hand access to; we cannot un-see something on your behalf.

Availability

We aim to keep the service up and we do not offer a service-level guarantee. There will be maintenance, and there will be unplanned downtime. For anything time-critical, do not depend on us being reachable at a particular moment.

Ending it

You can stop at any time. Deleting your account from Settings switches it off immediately and erases it permanently after thirty days. You do not need a reason and you do not need to ask us.

We may close your account if you break these terms, or if we stop offering the service altogether. If we shut the service down we will give you at least 60 days' notice, a way to export your data, and a refund of the unused part of anything you have paid for.

Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in these terms.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of the service is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost data where you could reasonably have kept your own copy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will email you at least 30 days beforehand, and you can close your account before it takes effect. The date at the top says when this version was published.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law, and the Swedish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your own country, and you may bring proceedings there.

If something is wrong, please write to support@nownextlater.eu first — most things are resolved that way. You may also take a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), or to the consumer advice service where you live.
