Refunds and cancellation
Last updated 26 September 2026
Before you pay anything
Every new account gets 30 days of Pro, free. We take no card and there is nothing to cancel — when the month is up the account simply becomes Free. This exists so that nobody has to buy the product in order to find out whether it works for them.
Cancelling
You can turn off renewal at any time, from Settings, without contacting us and without giving a reason. It takes effect immediately.
Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not end the period you have paid for. If you cancel a monthly subscription on day 3, you keep Pro until day 30 and are not charged again. If you cancel a yearly one in month 2, you keep Pro until the end of month 12. We do not switch anything off early and we do not claw anything back.
When the period ends, the account becomes Free. Nothing is deleted. If you are over a Free limit you keep everything you have — you simply cannot create the next project or task until you are back under it or you subscribe again.
If you paid once
If you chose pay once, no renewal, there is nothing to cancel: nothing is charged again, and the plan ends when the period you paid for does. Everything on this page about the 14-day refund and about the rest of the period you paid for applies to that payment in the same way. If you pay for the next period early, the new period is added after the one you have, so no day you have already paid for is lost.
Switching between monthly and yearly
You can move between monthly and yearly billing at any time, from Settings. Like cancelling, it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: switching is not a refund, and nothing is charged or returned on the day you switch. Switch a yearly subscription to monthly in month 2 and you keep Pro to the end of month 12; the first monthly charge is made after that.
The plan you are on does not change and neither does the currency you pay in. Each charge made at the new cadence is a payment like any other, so the 14-day refund below applies to it in the usual way.
The 14-day refund
If you change your mind within 14 days of a payment, write to us and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason and we will not ask for one.
This applies to:
- your first payment, monthly or yearly;
- a renewal you did not intend to let happen.
We will process the refund to the payment method you used, through Mollie, within 14 days of agreeing it. Your bank decides how quickly it then appears, which is usually a few working days.
A refund is made in the currency you paid in, for the amount you paid. If you were charged 400 kr, we refund 400 kr; if you were charged €30, we refund €30. We do not convert between the two, so an exchange rate that has moved since you paid changes neither the figure we send nor the one you agreed to. If your bank converted our charge into a third currency, whatever it charges you for converting it back is between you and your bank.
Once refunded, the subscription ends and the account returns to Free. You cannot keep the paid period and the money.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU buying at a distance, you have a legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days, without giving a reason.
For digital services that begin immediately, a seller is normally allowed to ask you to waive that right in exchange for instant access. We do not ask you to waive it. The 14-day refund above is that right, honoured in full, and it is deliberately no harder to use than the cancel button.
To withdraw, it is enough to tell us clearly — an email to support@nownextlater.eu saying you want to withdraw is sufficient. You do not have to use a particular form of words.
After 14 days
We do not refund a period that is more than 14 days old, and we do not refund the unused part of a term when you cancel part-way through. What you get instead is the rest of the period you paid for, in full, with no renewal at the end of it.
If something has genuinely gone wrong — you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged for something you never had access to — that is not a refund request, it is a mistake, and we will fix it whenever you notice it. Write to us.
If we end the service
If we shut NowNextLater down, we will give at least 60 days' notice and refund the unused portion of anything you have paid for, whether or not you are inside the 14 days.
How to reach us
